Very light beater

I bought these to try them out on a electronic kit (Roland TD-17). Did not work so good since the trigger sensitivity has to be set way to high in order to get any response. They are also very light so you do not get any response from them while playing, which can be a big struggle. I guess they have a point on playing a regular kick drum if you want to lower the drum noise. Other than that not so many advantages of buying this one.

Great Sound Reduction and good use with double pedal

I purchased 2 of these for my Tama Speedcobra and they fit perfectly side by side .
Threat reduction unsound without reducing the feel and doesn't effect the speed in which I play fast double kick .
I’m still able to do heel toe technique but double strokes are a little harder than normal which I see as a good thing much like a workout pad for the hands .
I would mention however the foam has started to tear after a year but I have played them allot .

le son est effectivement atténué mais pas silencieux. le son devient étouffé. la grosse caisse donne un son plus sourd. si on veut encore diminué le son de la grosse caisse, il faut la combler de coussins ou couvertures...

Super efficace

Ca fait 3 ans que je l'utilise chez moi avec un pad d'entrainement pour les pieds et elle est toujours en bonne état. Vraiment pratique pour s'entraîner à la double et jouer aussi fort qu'on veut. Par contre, il y aura toujours autant de vibrations qui seront transmises au sol, donc pensez à la coupler avec une plateforme surélevée pour éviter les coups au plafond du voisin d'en dessous.
