I’ve been using those sticks for some time now and really like them. They are suitable for drummers who find regular 5A stick a bit light but don’t wanna use 5B. Because of the density of the oak they feel a bit heavier. Also they are forward balanced which helps with the attack. I find them more durable than their hickory counterparts as well. Great sticks overall.

Superior Japanese quality

I really liked the design. It is not light, but the wood carving was very comfortable for the hands
Although its weight is not light, the existing drawing, 10/ 10 I did not expect that the Japanese brand could excel with these capabilities.

Basic pair, nothing special. Maybe good for a present for kids. I really wanted to try the material. There is some difference but nothing essential.

Endlich DIE Sticks gefunden!

Lange hab ich nach den perfekten Sticks für mich gesucht..ich spiele überwiegend Rock und Metal, lass es auch gern mal krachen und dementsprechend ist der Stock-Verschleiß :D bisher hab ich größtenteils mit 5A Hickory von VicFirth oder Zildjian gespielt.
Die Tama Oak spielen sich nicht nur total geil sondern sehen auch noch gut aus und zeigen kaum Gebrauchsspuren. Ich werde sie auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen und kann sie jedem Draufhauer nur empfehlen! :)
