Useless

The mouthpiece cleaner worked fine but the cleaning cord was completely useless. No matter how long I tried it was impossible to get the cord around the bend at the bottom of the outer slide. And therefore impossible to clean ANY part of the outer slide as the cord had to go all the way through to be able to drag the sponge inside the tube.

A regular cleaning rod + a piece of cloth works a LOT better (and is included with most trombones).

Definitely NOT recommended!

This is a fnatastic llittle bit of kit and cleaned my slide right up. However, since I hadn't cleaned my trombone since I bought it in January, the contents of the inside of my slide were digsuting, but no more!

Can'r recmmend enough!

great idea, poor longevity

this is a great product idea, however very quickly the sponge disintegrates with regular use. The sponge dries out and falls apart. I like this product as when new it has great cleaning potential, but wouldn't buy again.

It does exactly what's needed, although the pull-through does need quite a few passes before the slide is completely clean. No quibbles though. It's great!
