Perfect for the cahon.

I love this mic! Everything it claims to be. Very responsive, good for the deep bass and the slap and the snare sounds on my box, all sounding just as they should. I was thinking of trying a boundary mic, but the price and the size were making me hesitate. This is perfect. Money well spent. You will hear the difference.

I did need to get a small phantom power box for it, but this was easily obtained on-line and doesn't get in the way during use.
