I use this one in combination with Presonus Eris Studio 5 monitors, and what should I say, I was blown away. The response and the volume is really impressive. The sub would be a lovely extension even in a surround system for home cinema. Alright the room I use it in is not very big, but together with thos monitors it just supplements them perfectly.
And, I am really a friend of the easy bypass which then gives full signal to the monitors and full cut off on the sub, without any noises, Perfect to just hear a halv line without sub and the other half with sub. That function is very helpful for me at least, since I tend to give a sub always a bit more gain as I maybe should, especially since I use the speakers also for gaming. Would I buy again or recommend that combination? Yeah, 100%

Achtung: Sehr lautes Netzteil

Klangtechnisch hat der Sub 10 meine Monitore gut nach unten erweitert und Features & Konnektivität ließen für mich keine Wünsche offen.
Allerdings brummt das Netzteil extrem laut. Dabei handelt es sich nicht um ein Störgeräusch im Lautsprecher, sondern es geht vom Inneren des Geräts aus. Selbst wenn Musik mit moderater Lautstärke läuft ist es deutlich zu hören. Ein vorgeschalteter Gleichspannungsfilter ("DC blocker") hat nichts daran geändert, was auf ein schlecht verarbeitetes Netzteil schließen lässt. Laut Support ist das Brummen "total normal und kein Defekt". Daher geht das Teil zurück und ich werde mich für ein anderes Modell entscheiden.

Great and versatile subwoofer

I bought this to use in my home studio (6x7 meter in size), to pair with two Kali LP-8 v2 monitors, although this subwoofer has all the right settings needed for it to work with any monitors, even if your monitors don't have any adjustments, since you can adjust the crossover point between subwoofer and satellites via the built-in high- and lowpass filters, etc. It sounds fantastic, after I found the right placement in my room. Even though the Kali LP 8s are great by themselves, this subwoofer noticeably adds punch and bottom to things like bass synths or kick drums. Only downside I can find is that the power switch, volume, etc, are all adjusted on the back of the subwoofer.
