Perfect for my use

I have a lot of experience with the Line 6 Helix, and was looking for something that is a bit more friendly on the UI-side of things. The Quad Cortex ticked all the boxes for me, so I went for it. Straight out of the box this device amazed me with the tones it is capable of putting out. The sounds feel more ''tubelike'' to me when compared to the Helix. Bit more warmer etc. Build quality is astounding, made in Finland quality. Screen works very well.

With Cortex Edit right around the corner (fingers crossed) the time seemed right to invest in this product, and I am beyond satisfied. I am not one to review these products based on expectations or what was promised by NeuralDSP since the product already has everything I could dream of. The desktop editor and integration of Neurals plugins can only take this piece of kit higher in my books.

Good device

This is a good unit. Works great with vocals too, and that's the one reason why I decided to try this. Other one being of course the ease of transportation and setup for gigs.

If you're in a need for this kind of unit then I can recommend this. But I don't really see a reason to get this (or any other unit) if you are happy with your current system.
