You want this for your heavy and expensive mikes. Sturdy! Bought it for Coles 4038. There could be the same adjustments as <a class="article link" href="km_25600_mikrostativ.htm">K&M 25600</a>

to secure the mic holder for example. But very good K&M quality. Don't buy the plastic bottom ones, you'll regret it!

Good value overhead stand

Definitely a good value for the money. Holds the common overhead mics with no issues. Not for the heaviest of microphones in overhead configuration unless the boom is pointing up a fair bit.
