I use this tripod for a Zoom H5. It is pretty light, yet has decent stability. Good for all kind of uses. It can be good as well to hold an extra monitor for your camera, a light, a mic or any support equipment. I see it more as a backup tripod than a primary working tool. I would not use it for a DSLR camera with all the stuffs plugged to it, even in studio... It is not heavy enough and probably won't hold tight very long. It looks like it is actually designed to hold a smartphone or a light compact camera. The price tag could be a bit cheaper.
