A fantastic speaker for music/movies/games

I previously owned a pair of Behringer 2031A Truths and held them for 10-15 years as I thought that there is no speaker that matches their price/quality ratio. Recently I was browsing different catalogues and my eye was caught by Kalis and I thought well these look nice and the specs are awesome... but only when I saw the price I was immediately sold. Behringers went out and now I am happy Kali guy!

You can read the specs and tech details elsewhere so I will just focus on my subjective listening experience. I have paired them with a Yamaha NS-SW300 which handles 20-45 Hz and Yamaha WXC-50 pre-amp.

Music:
Beautiful accuracy, superb highs and mids. Awesome punch and stereo image. You can really feel the music in addition to listening to it.

Movies:
To be honest, I only have a 2.1 system but it really feels like I was in a movie theater!

Games:
I play a lot of computer games and this setup handles them perfecly. The best part is that there is no self-hiss or interference which was a big problem with Behringers.

The overall listening experience improved substantially over my previous pair. Highly recommended and I think absolutely the best pick for 800 EUR price range!

En keksi kyllä paljon ikävää sanottavaa. Erityisesti kaiuttimien tarkkuus viehättää. Hintalaatusuhde loistava!

A real 3 way speaker, full active, with a coaxial midrange. I can't believe Kali managed to build one at this price. If have the space for a speaker of this size, it beats the virtually all others, hands down. Great tonal balance, nice output levels, friendly price. And this is irrespective of price! My other speaker cost 5 digits. Kali should consider releasing this one in white, with shorting rings, and a Bluetooth/Airplay receiver for home use. Winner winner chicken dinner!

Exceptional Nearfield Monitors with Balanced Sound and Versatile Tweaking

As someone who has used a lot of nearfield monitors over the years, I have to say that the Kali Audio IN-8 2nd Wave monitors are a cut above the rest. We recently purchased a pair of these monitors, and I have been blown away by their performance.

The sound of these monitors is incredibly well-balanced, with a clarity and detail that is hard to match. They have excellent translation, which means that the mix you hear on these monitors is likely to sound great on other playback systems as well.

The tweaking backend on these monitors is also exceptional. You have a lot of control over the sound, with options to adjust the high and low frequencies, as well as the overall volume. This level of versatility allows you to fine-tune the sound to your specific needs and preferences.

Overall, I highly recommend the Kali Audio IN-8 2nd Wave monitors to anyone looking for exceptional nearfield monitors with balanced sound and versatile tweaking options. They are a great investment that will help you achieve a more accurate and detailed mix.
