HX Stomp kehrää tyytyväisenä

Laitoimme tällä kitaristille pedaalit ojennukseen. HX Stomp saa tästä näppärästi virtansa (9V/3A) ja sille sopiva virtajohtokin kuului pakettiin. HX Stompin seurana ovat Chromatic Tuner ja Mission Engineeringin wah/expressiopedaali. Tilaa jäi mukavasti vielä min yhdelle normaalikokoluokan kiertävälle pedaalille, jota voi fiiliksen mukaan vaihdella.

Pedalboard oli aivan naurettavan helppo asentaa: virrat tulevat suoraan laudan sisätakalaidasta ja velcrot olivat itse boardissa jo kauttaaltaan kiinni. Asennus oli käytännössä niinkin simppeliä kuin velcropalojen leikkaaminen pedaaleihin ja läisk sekunneissa kiinni. Ei tullut ikävä painavien ja hintavien ulkoisten virtalähteiden teippailua boardin alle!

Muutama on kirjoittanut että kantolaukku on vähän iso ja board ei istu sinne napakasti ja näinhän se on. Mutta kitaristimme tapauksessa jopa tuo normaalikokoinen wah-pedaali mahtuu kantolaukkuun ja tämä oli erittäin positiivinen yllättys. Wahin kanssa laukun tunnelma olikin siis sopivan napakahko.

Edit: Pedalboard on nyt selvinnyt moitteettomasti muutamasta keikasta. Vahva suositus!

Great concept

Great concept with a few issues - as you can only fit 5 - 6 normal pedals at a push theres no need for all the dc outlets. The amount of power is really not needed either but like it says design for modern power hungry pedals. If your pedals are powered from the side there can be a few issues making them all fit together along with your patch cables. Just get the bigger version unless you are using either big power hungry units or a bunch of small pedals and maybe max of 6. A big advantage is not having to velcro a psu underneath like most designs.
