Speed, accuracy and sensitivity.

Fred Kelly picks are top class, but if I Had to choose just one of their range it would be these. For me the speed pick promotes the best touch sensitivity and accuracy of all thumbpicks I’ve used. The delrin offers a warm tone and the speed pick shape seems to provide a stronger bass response than the regular shaped thumbpicks. Comfortable, durable and easy to customize the blade length if required. The medium thickness picks seem well suited for guitars that prefer to be driven a little softer, such as cedar top instruments.

I have tried the standard Fred Kelly picks which I like, these work just as well I am not sure there is an improvement due to the design I suggest you try various versions to see what suits you

Very comfortable to play, but quite bright!

The picks made finger style playing extremely easy for me. The only quirk is that the notes are extremely bright (brighter than the dunlops). So maybe that's something to know about it before buying!
