Very poor quality

I bought this product with digigrid extreme server (10,8 kg). It supposed to be exactly 2U fitting to the case, but there is 152 mm free space left. After using it for 3 gigs, mounting points became loose. I tightened them up, but after one day of work with no extra weight on the case, mounting points became loose again as well as all the structure of the case... Also there are no pads to put the case vertically, but handle is on the vertical side of the case.. Pads on horizontal side of the case are very loose as well, and when I tried to tighten them up, they just started to turn around.. So there is no way to tighten them as they supposed to be... This case is definitely not suitable for transporting gear in no conditions what so ever.
