I decided to change the knobs on my Tele from the basic Tele knobs to something different. I have always liked the look of the Muddy Waters Tele, so I tried these Jazzmaster knobs. They are straight fit and are easier to read than the original knobs. The black numbers are although little blurry on mine - don’t know if that is the case on all of them. Otherwise nice quality knobs and they made my Tele a little different-looking and lighter.

A bit tired of the look of strat-style knobs on my Squier J Mascis Jazzmaster, got these for that old school vibe. They certainly look amazing, and are very confortable to turn.

As for cons, and this is me nitpicking, I'd have to say that the plastic is a bit fragile, and if the screwdriver slips when you're installing it can dent the knob (yeah, it happened with me, but it's not a big deal). And, something that's useful to know to whoever's starting out on the offset universe, these fit perfectly on smooth shaft pots, and not on the usual ones that are usually found on strats and the like. Wish I knew that before trying to put them on, because that led me to thinking that I had done something wrong!

All in all, they look good, feel good, but just demand a bit of attention when purchased.

Absurdly overpriced!

Well, this is something you already know when you buy this. It's function is simply decorative. Yes, it looks fantastic on your Fender or Squier guitar and yes, I'm going to keep it (and you probably will also). But, let's face it: it's a piece of plastic. It should cost 4€, at the most. And it costs ten times more. Then why are we hooked anyway? Because we're weak.
