Käytän yleensä paljon phosphor bronze- kieliä. Nämä Ernie Ball:it kuitenkin vaikuttavat erittäin hyvältä vaihtoehdolta. Hyvä soundi ja paljon pitkäikäisemmät, kuin perus PB-kielet.

Pidän näistä myös enemmän, kuin ylikirkkaista pinnoitetuista kielistä varsinkin Parlor-kokoisissa kitaroissa.

Työnjäljestä piste pois, koska punottujen kielten pinta on aavistuksen verran "karhea". En tiedä tosin, johtuuko se tuosta Alumiini-Pronssi-seoksesta..

These things last for ages!

I put these strings on an all mahogany acoustic, a Guild - you can feel they are very good quality, and they resonate very well - really great for finger picking and also for bends, the sound is very full. I play quite often and although I don't change strings religiously these have lasted rather longer than usual - I almost didn't want to change them they sounded that nice. As I like to experiment with a few different types, I will try something else to compare, but I have no negative feedback and I would definitely return to them without a doubt.

So if you look for something a little bit different from the phosphor bronze I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Excellent service as always!

Suprisingly good

Bought these strings for my acoustic Furch.

My Furch has dark woods and can tend to sound a bit dark with certain strings. So, i was looking for something strong an bright. This definitely fitted that need! Wow! wat a volume and really bright sound. Be careful when buying these, cause if you have bright guitar, like a taylor then this might not be for you

Screamy, but can add a touch of vintage sound

I bought the strings, searching for some deviations of the standard Phosphor Bronze strings. So, comparing to your default D'Addarios or Martins these strings produce a bit more dry, crunchy yet bright and well-balanced sound. Probably, to the aforementioned general sonic qualities the strings tend to "scream" rather than compress when played really hard.

Overall, I like Ernie Ball quality and I am using the other 80/20 set for my all-mahogany guitar. What comes to these particular Aluminium Bronze set, I will rather use one when I'll need to add a vintage touch to a modern acoustic.
