Unexpected bite in an old guitar

I bought these pickups to upgrade a 1980s MIJ Squier. They sound excellent, high output but still some single coil tone coming through. If you engage position 2 or 4, then you have a high output humbucker effect. I play classic metal, these work for me. These pickups could be perceived to be harsh though, you have to set your amp accordingly.

Sehr gut, aber nicht überragend

Ich suchte high output Pickups für meine Fender Strat. Anfänglich war von den Brute Force ein wenig enttäuscht. In der Bridge zu viel Höhen und am Neck zu Bassy. Insgesamt fehlt es für meine Ohren an Mitten. Es hat dann aber nicht lang gedauert, (a) die Höhe/optimale Distanz zu den Saiten sowie (b) die passenden Einstellungen am Amp zu finden. Jetzt machen sie nicht nur ordentlich Alarm, sondern bieten auch 5 sehr verschiedene Nuancen (je nach Stellung des 5 Wege Schalters). Für diesen Preis sind die Pickups insgesamt empfehlenswert, sicher werde ich aber nochmal ausprobieren, ob nicht oberhalb der Boot Camp Reihe bei den Signatures nich mehr tonale Vielfalt herausgeholt werden kann. ZB mit dem Triptychon Set.

Habe mir das Set für eine Eigenbau Strat bestellt . Für cleane Sachen gibt es bestimmt bessere Pickups . Aber ich wollte ja was für Zerre haben . Und das machen sie sehr gut ! Auch von der Verarbeitung machen sie einen guten Eindruck.

belle qualité de fabrication
noiseless
micros puissant et très typés
alnico 5 :convient pour les overdrive et les distorsions
pas trop fait pour les sons clairs et doux
le bridge est vraiment bluffant
ce set convient donc à ceux qui veulent sortir des sons statocaster classique , une équalisation sera vraiment nécessaire pour vraiment tirer parti de ce set mais ça vaut le coup , on passe vraiment à autre chose
