I'm using them as TV/gaming headphones cause they are comfortable because of the light weight and they don't make your ears sweat like the circumaural headphones. I also tend to use them when going to sleep. It's possible to sleep on a side with these. They've been accidentally sat on many times but using them when going to sleep may be what ruined them for good. Cable is still ok and the sound quality hasn't changed but they've broken on the thin spots where the headband is adjustable. You may fix them with a duct tape if that's acceptable for your aesthetical standards but I'm going to replace them with the same ones as soon as I'm going to make a new order. They've served me a good time, I've used to them and I think they are worth it to buy them again. Also, it doesn't say in the description, but the ear cups are rotatable.
