Very good tonality
This version of Mi (E) string with low tension has noble and brilliant sound after breaking in. It is also very easy under the fingers. I think this model and Gold label E string (medium tension) from Pirastro go hand in hand. This one(Pirastro No. 1) is more appropriate if you desire a warm and round sound and Gold label E tends to be bright sounding.
