So far so good
I have been looking for a long life string , that stands up to dr high beam sound and I think this is it, I have tried there coted coloured strings and other brands and the dragon skin stainless Steel are brighter and come in 40,s whereas I found the 45,s too thick . Using over ten basses can be expensive to string so I hope this will be a cheaper option

Love these strings
My Mayones bass was delivered with these Dragon Skin light gauge strings. I find them absolutely perfect for this bass and have since bought several sets. They sound great (punchy on bridge, rich and round on neck), work well with my low (no-buzz) setup, and last a long time. I changed them the same day as a gig last week and they settled in to holding their tuning very quickly.
