Finally, a G string without issues.
No, don't worry, I'm not confusing this with my Ann Summers review...
Happy with these strings, the 1st carbon trebles I have used, after deciding to see what all the fuss is about. Have used these for over a month now on an OK but inexpensive laminated spruce top classical. Definitely a difference in the projection of the trebles, and as new, the strings settle into the required pitch much quicker than nylons.
Would be interested in the difference of a more expensive guitar.
As these are high tension I am using these for slightly lower tunings like D or EB standard, or DADGAD etc.
Seem to be pretty good value. I also bought the red and blue (high bass medium trebles) set from Savarez, which are yet to go on my other classical guitar.
Perhaps for me ultimately there will be a hybrid approach having a carbon G, accompanied by other types of trebles for that tonal interplay (hence my personal reason for rating 4stars on the sound aspect)
The look of their competitor's Pro-arte half sets, are more appealing for the innovator in me, for customising tensions and tunings, but are more costly.
I think you could do worse than these strings if you wish to explore the carbon trebles.

The perfect match with my classical handcrafted guitar
As a freelance guitar teacher, I play about 4 hours a day on my guitar.
Strings has to tolerate a lot.
I have experimented a lot with strings: different brands, tensions, ...
For more then 10 years, I absolutely us the SAVAREZ Alliance-Corum High tension strings for several reasons:
1. clear and brilliant sound
2. stays well tuned
3. nice touch and subtile in playability
4. long life
These strings are not cheap, but they are more than worth their price.

This is really as good as it gets
I was a bit apprehensive about trying these strings out, but my worries were unfounded. This is an outstanding set of strings that has such clarity and dynamic range it's silly. Those of you who may live by the concept classical strings lack authority: think again. This clearly is the cutting edge of classical string design an manufacture, and well worth the money. Even the feel of these strings is marvelous and I can't see myself going with a different set.

Sound good, last well
Despite the standard SAVAREZ red Nylonstrings that i was using before all the time, i am satisfied with the sound and usablility of the 500AJs. Better to me are only their other Savarez 540J Alliance. But those 500AJ are very close. Brilliant sound, long lasting, to me SAVAREZ rulez!

These are simply the best strings I’ve used. The carbon trebles are so clear, tight and project really brilliantly, with a bevelled flat pick or with fingers. Awesome!
I use them on a picado flamenco guitar. I play classical guitar pieces and shred jazz on it. These strings suit both these idioms.

Just as you expect savarez
Very good strings of savarez, just as you expect. For me the cantiga basses have a louder and warmer sound, but Corum makes less noise. Long enough to get on your guitar, with every string in a separate bag.

Really good!
Decent strings!
Carbon strings are smaller in diameter compared to nylon strings and carbon strings sound "brighter" than nylon strings (great for flamenco guitar).
in my experience carbon strings have better sound and sustain than nylon string! Carbon only! <3
P.S. if you're still using nylon, try these strings! You will forget about nylon!

The best classical guitar strings
I am using this strings for a 8 years now and for me they are the best! I love the hard tension and the corum basses and sound of the strings is for me extraordinary.
