Not bad
They are comfortable and they are easy to fit - that's to say you can move them if you don't get them exactly in the right place. But in my experience the adhesive does tend to leave a residue on the mouthpiece and they tend to pick up a bit of scale from one's saliva.

Ive been using the bg patches and my teeth would always slip.
