Excellent replacement for pearl forum FX bass drum hooks

Since the stock hooks on my pearl forum kit are desinged in a way where if you tighten them at all then the hook starts to bend to the point it will crack i decided to see if these will fit in their place.

I tested them while also fitting a drumport head, that seems to make the drum hoop sit higher than a regular head so they fit with the drum port and with aquarian heads. cant say they will fit all drums and all heads but they are perfect for me.

The rubber gasket is a great addition and make them look like top of the line drum hooks but the price is the lowest cost drum hook i've found. At a fraction of the cost of the hooks i am replacing and a better design than them i definitely recommend them.

Amazing quality, very very soft silicone, its the best for me because it doesn't scratch the surface of my drum ring and it stays in place really well!

Well priced and well made

Fail to see any difference in quality or construction between this and the more popular brands (Pearl, etc). No difficulties in securing or fitting. Good buy for the price.

Cheap but decent

Not the best design, not the best quality, but so far, it seems like a useful alternate for your stock bass drum clamps. Millenium hardwares have the tendency to be flimsy, to loose their chrome finish, so keep that in mind. Not sure how it will hold up on the long run, but... for the price, it is hard to beat.
