The sound and feel
It was worth waiting for this guitar. I am surprised how well are these LTD guitars built, I own another one. The build quality is excellent, there are minor things as LTD badge on the headstock coming out a bit, but the sound is what matters. And it is huge - the guitar not plugged in is the loudest electric guitar I have ever had, and when plugged the mahogany body plus new semi active pickups the sound is aggressive but gentle at the same time. It is as simple as it can get, just volume pots. The guitar needed a bit of setting up, but then it is fantastic.
