Behringer FCB1010

I bought the FCB1010 to control one of the older Fractal FX units. The price in comparison to other MIDI controllers is great - and still, the chasis is quite durable and the controller is not that heavy to carry around.

On the other hand, the controller itself is quite large with two expression pedals - definitiely not something that everyone would need. Also the two buttons for switching UP/DOWN in the banks position are a little extra from my point of view as this can be easily replaced by holding down some other two switches for a longer time. And last, even though the controller knows what is pressed, the display does not show the number unless you connect both MIDI cables. So the number could be displayed as well although there is no input from outside - the device knows it anyway.

Apart from these minor cons, the FCB1010 is, from my point of view, a very good controller with good durability and build quality. I can only recommend.
