Befaco TRS-MIDI Cable A

Good value midi cables.
Works with Korg nts-1.

great quality, i also really like that you get 3 cables instead of having to buy them individually. i use these to connect my hardware mini synth to my midi controller, before i didnt even know i would need to do that so i was lucky i chose these. great sound quality like, there’s no buzzing or glitching or whatever and of course its something you would expect from a cable, for it not to be bad quality, but i decided to write it here just in case anyone’s wondering.

bought for use with various pieces of MIDI gear.
good quality leads, decent length, both TRS and 5-PIN DIN plugs a good fit.

These are fine for what they're advertised as, and work well (as far as I can see).

However, even though they're long .... they could be a bit longer still. I have to admit I misread the details as 3 metre long cables, not 3, one metre cables. So, if they could add an extra metre it would be perfect for linking up modular gear with a synth, which can easily be more than a metre away, and believe me a metre is not very long in those situations.

Works just fine, but in a few months I destroyed two out of three. Won't be a problem for a static setup, but for plugging and unplugging repeatedly - and having my three-year old brutalize the connections, I wish the 3.5mm TRS end was a little stronger.

I bought the Befaco TRS-MIDI Cable A thinking, “It’s just a cable. How much can there be to say?”

Turns out: exactly as much as there needs to be, which is not a lot, and that’s kind of the point.

Is it exciting? No.
Is it sexy? Also no.
Is it the reason your MIDI setup suddenly works like it should? Very possibly.

Indont really think i need to tell anyone into eurorack who befaco is but incase you do not , dont be afraid of the price these are quality cables for an amazing prices for a 3 pack for the value as one cable from other brands (that are the same braded or angled)

More and more devices opt to use MIDI minijacks, so this cables are a must have for any synth enthusiast. Price/quality can be beat.

I am using a lot of modular gear which includes sequencers so I was testing different midi connections. Since I've tried Befaco ones, I never had any glitches or noises. They really work well in my dawless setup. I strongly recommend these.

Works perfectly with my VolcaFM2, also, it plugs right into the 5 din midi port on my Novation Circuit Tracks, without the need for an additional midi cable.. Best part, there are 3 in the pack, so you can do midi in and out and still have a spare!
