New Service for our Norwegian customers

Dear Norwegian customers,

As of October 1st, 2022, we will continue to expand our service for you to give you an even better and easier Thomann shopping experience.

Your advantages at a glance:

  • Final door-to-door prices directly in the webshop
  • No additional taxes, duties or import fees
  • Individual customs clearance for several orders/articles no longer necessary
  • Simple returns process without additional returns customs clearance

From October 1st, 2022, we will show you the final door-to-door prices in the webshop. This means that our prices for goods will from then on already include the Norwegian tax as well as all customs and import duties.

In the future, when you place your Thomann order, you will only pay the price that is displayed at the checkout. You will not have to anticipate any additional surcharges. A separate subsequent customs clearance or tax levy is completely eliminated.

This is made possible by a domestic Thomann contact point, which, in addition to the simplifications mentioned above, offers you even more advantages: In future, individual customs clearance will no longer apply when ordering several items. 

We have also significantly simplified the returns process for you: In case of a return, simply send the item to our depot in Oslo. The goods are checked by us on site and sent back to Thomann. This means that returns are no longer subject to customs clearance

Of course, all the advantages you are used to when ordering via Thomann remain: These include payment in your own currency, a 3-year guarantee, our 30-day money-back rule and free shipping from kr2,900 order amount.

Fra 1. oktober 2022 vil vi fortsette å utvide tjenesten våres for deg for å gi deg en enda bedre og enklere kjøpsopplevelse hos Thomann.

Dine fordeler fra første dag vil være:

  • Endelige dør-til-dør priser direkte i nettbutikken
  • Ingen ekstra skatter, toll eller importavgifter
  • Individuell fortolling for flere bestillinger/artikler ikke lenger nødvendig
  • Enkel returprosess uten ytterligere returfortolling

Fra 1. oktober 2022 viser vi deg de endelige dør-til-dør-prisene i nettbutikken. Dette betyr at våre priser på varer vil da allerede inkludere den norske avgiften samt alle toll- og importavgifter.

Når du i fremtiden legger inn din Thomann-bestilling, betaler du kun prisen som vises i kassen. Du trenger ikke å påregne noen tilleggsavgifter. En egen påfølgende fortolling eller avgiftsavgift er helt eliminert.

Dette er muliggjort av et innenlandsk Thomann-kontaktpunkt, som i tillegg til forenklingene nevnt ovenfor, gir deg enda flere fordeler: I fremtiden vil individuell fortolling ikke lenger gjelde ved bestilling av flere varer.

Vi har også forenklet returprosessen betraktelig for deg: Ved retur er det bare å sende varen til vårt depot i Oslo. Varene kontrolleres av oss på stedet og sendes tilbake til Thomann. Dette betyr at returer ikke lenger er gjenstand for fortolling.

Selvfølgelig består alle fordelene du er vant med ved bestilling via Thomann: Disse inkluderer betaling i din egen valuta, 3 års garanti, vår 30-dagers pengene-tilbake regel og gratis frakt fra 2 900 kr bestillinger og oppover.

    I have purchased goods from Thoman online on 30/5 2025. These goods were supposed to arrive within 3 days. I was also supposed to receive information by email about the progress of the delivery. It has now been 3 weeks since I ordered and paid through Klarna. Is this a serious company? I would like to contact you to sort this out.

    Jeg har kjøpt varer hos Thoman på nett 30/5 2005. Disse varene skulle komme i løpet av 3 dager. Jeg skulle også motta informasjon pr mail om progresjonen i leveransen. Det er nå 3 uker siden jeg bestilte og betalte gjennom Klarna. Er dette et seriøst firma? Jeg ber om kontakt for å ordne opp i dette.
