How to enter in a nutshell 💡

  • Subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Solve the riddles in the newsletter and submit your answers in the corresponding form.

How does the Giveaway work? 🤔

Every few days, we’ll send a new riddle through our newsletter. Already subscribed? Great, you’ll automatically receive it! After solving each riddle, you have one week to send us your answer using the form we provide.

The contest runs from September 30 to October 29, 2024, and consists of 7 individual riddles (see timeline). To enter, you must first subscribe to our newsletter if you haven’t already.

Starting October 7, a new riddle will be sent via the newsletter every 2-3 days. You’ll have 7 days to solve each riddle, with solutions found across Thomann platforms (YouTube, webshop, etc.). Submit your answers via the provided form, using the email registered for the newsletter.

For each riddle, those who subscribe and submit the correct answer will be entered into the prize draw. Winners will be notified by email.

Each participant can submit one answer per riddle. You must register by 8 PM on the last day of each contest, and answers must be submitted by 11:59 PM. Submissions after that will enter the next riddle contest. No entries after October 29.

There’s a prize for every musician and music lover!

IMPORTANT: Winners will be selected after each Riddle has ended (please refer to the individual sections below for the dates) and notified by email DIRECTLY.

I received the 7th one ten minutes ago, but clicking on the link in the riddle directs to a page that only gives an error: "Too Many Requests". I guess it just goes to show how popular the giveaway is.

I've also received all but the 7th one; perhaps they're a little behind in sending this one out?

The riddles for 7th round were supposed to go out today but I haven't received any e-mail... Got all the previous ones without issues.

One thing I dislike is the lack of transparency in the draw. The lack of transparency is frankly astounding. If you're doing a random draw, there are some requirements that you're legally obliged to follow. It's easiest to outsource that part to a third party service. But you make no mention of that in your terms and conditions. I also realize it's not some parts of the world where you'd be legally required to publish the personal details of winners, but at least a summary should follow: - How many people participated in each step - How many gave a correct answer - What was the correct answer - How many winners were selected - Who are the winners (limit that to the initial of their name, initial of their city [in case their locality is the full address] and country) of each item drawn
