Nice compressor with additional features. I use it mostly as sustainer and it works perfect for this application. Expensive pedal, but top quality and a few extras (flat or mid boost, XLR out).

Der beste Compressor, den ich bis jetzt gespielt habe!

ENDLICH ein Compressor, der alle Regler hat, die man braucht! Auch Attack, Blend, Tone - einfach toll. Und er klingt fantastisch.

Die Zusatzfeatures sind auch extrem cool:
Der cleane Boost hat reichlich Reserven und kann auch als "cleaner Tubescreamer" genutzt werden, wenn man den Schalter unter "Boost" auf "mid" stellt. Meinen Engl Fireball oder meinen SLO30 kann ich damit wunderbar anblasen und kann den TS vom Board lassen!

DI Out funktioniert auch super, wenn man am Audio-Interface keinen HI-Z Input hat und ich habe damit auch schon direkt in den XLR-In meiner Kamera aufgenommen.

299 scheint viel, ist aber für den Sound, die Qualität und die Features mehr als angemessen. Meinen geb ich nicht mehr her!

Excellent compresseur guitare et basse

Tout d'abord je pense qu'il faut aller écouter (ou ré-écouter) Cory Wong pour comprendre l'effet recherché avec ce compresseur.
C'est un compresseur très transparent et que j'aime beaucoup car les paramètres de réglages sont évidents. J'ai (et ai eu) d'autres compresseurs beaucoup plus colorés qui font bien leur boulot mais que j'ai trop vite envie d'arrêter tant le son est typé (Celmo sardine comp, MXR dyna comp, boss CS3). Avec ce wampler wong Comp je retrouve la souplesse et la pertinence des plugins de compression de mon DAW préféré, mes guitares gardent leur identité tout en gagnant en punch et en sustain.
Dans ma chaine de pédale il est placé après les overdrives et avant le tremolo, le delay et la réverb. J'ai essayé de le placer avant les overdrive mais je n'ai pas aimé le résultat.
Le réglage du bouton tone est fin et pertinent.
Le bouton blend est un super outil pour mélanger le son traité avec le son direct.
Le booster est simple et efficace, le petit switch permet de choisir entre un boost général ou une accentuation des mediums, idéal pour les solos.
Cela ajoute un peu de souffle, normal.
Je n'ai pas encore essayé la sortie XLR (je viendrai mettre à jour mon commentaire).
Je suis enchanté de mon achat. Bon, je vous laisse et je retourne écouter un Live de Cory Wong ;-).
