HTQ (Hi Torque) pots are manufactured by CTS exclusively for TAD.

They have a higher torque, so are slightly less smooth-running and provide a more grippy feel when turning.

Resistance curve: Vintage Audio Taper (30%)
The "Vintage Audio Taper" resistance curve lies between a logarithmic and a linear standard potentiometer for a more natural control behaviour
Provides the smallest resistance tolerance available (10%)

Good potentiometers

Bought 2 of these to use as volume pots for my PRS. I did have to make the original potantiometer holes bigger (as they were 8 mm wide) to fit these new pots, but a drill press made short work of it, so no big deal for me. It does the job of acting like volume pots nicely, so with that, nothing to complain about.

Er hat einen All Parts ersetzt, der nach zwei Jahren seinen Dienst quittiert hat. TAD optische Verarbeitung ist gut. Beim drehen des Potis ohne Knopf spürt man ein leichtes Rubbeln, aber nach dem fünften Mal wars weg.
Für mich ist er ein guter logarithmischer Poti, irgendwelche 30% linear habe ich nicht gehört. Ich bin zufrieden
