Too hard and too short
Tiziano 02.01.2015
Nothing can compare who has experience from who hasn't or from who has few.
IMHO sE has few.
A Pop Filter should be quite versatile and they serve also to impose to the singer (especially the inexperienced ones) the minimum distance from the mic.
With this device, it's impossible to work properly because the stem is too short.
But also the stem is too rigid.
I complained directly with the sE but I never got an answer.
I just don't use it any longer and I bought something else, more functional, at the shop on my street.

Solid Pop Sheild

I got this to record some vocals at home. It does a pretty good job of performing it primary function reducing popping on the mic. Good build quality. I sometimes find this is not the case with SE electronics products but this one is pretty solid. I would certainly recommend it if you are looking for a pop shield.

Cool concept but not that great in practice
Birdy  20.04.2023
I got this in a bundle with my sE VR2 just because it was a cheap add-on and I wanted to have a spare pop filter.

The nylon and metal pop filters are independent, so you can use one of them or both, which is a cool idea.
However when I actually tried it I find that even while using both of them, they're not efficient enough to stop very hard plosives, and also they do color the sound a bit in some situations.
It also doesn't feel very heavy duty.

I would recommend getting a different pop filter, perhaps a Gravity one.
