Personally, I never know which pedals to have and which to buy, so I went cheap, looked at the rating and hoped to strike lucky. I bought the delay as research said "have a Delay before the Reverb" so I thought I would give it a go. I have a Digtech 355 and Ibanez tube booster and I am always trying to combine them or have them alone. I am sadly an old wrinkly who just plays 70/80 rock through a tube amp at home but thoroughly enjoys it (would love to go loud) I have found that the pedal does help to give a better tone with the digitech and also with the booster. I am trying out different settings but tend to drift back to a conservative one as too much delay gets on my nerves. I am pleased with this pedal but now the bug has got me and I am researching which to get next, thought about a compressor. Any advice would be gratefully received.
I bought this pedal a couple of years ago, and I love it. The name of the pedal is "Digital Delay", but really, it sounds much more analog, sort of like tape delay, which is cool for dub like effects. If you crank the settings you can get it to feed, which sounds really cool. Only minus is the build quality, they are cheaply produced, but for the money it's great.
All in all recommendable if you want a cheap analog type delay.
