I bought this item to give some amplification to my acoustic piano accordion. It ha worked well and I am pleased with the product. My only minor grievance is that the sticky pad supplied to attach it was not strong enough to hold the microphone in place. As I don't want to screw into the instrument I need to find another way to attach it.

Sehr gutes Schwanenhalsmikrofon

Das AKG C 516 ML ist ein sehr gut klingendes und vielseitig einsetzbares
Schwanenhalsmikrofon.

Habe nach einer guten Möglichkeit gesucht meine Bodhrán (irische Rahmentrommel) abzunehmen und bin auf dieses Kondensatormikrofon gestoßen.

Die Halterung, an die das Mikro angeklippt wird, lässt sich entweder an das Instrument anschrauben, oder durch eine selbstklebende Moosgummiplatte daran befestigen. Der ebenfalls mitgelieferte Klebestreifen eignet sich eher weniger zum Befestigen.
Ich jedenfalls verwende die Moosgummiplatte als Befestigungsmöglichkeit, wobei ich die Halterung noch zusätzlich mit einer Klebemasse von Schertler verstärke.

Bin mit dem Klang, den das AKG-Mikrofon wiedergibt äußerst zufrieden. Es gibt die Bässe wunderbar wieder und bietet einen druckvollen Sound. Wer allerdings besonderen Wert auf eine exakte Wiedergabe der Anschläge legt, der sollte noch zusätzlich die Vorderseite der Trommel mikrofonieren.

Un micro parfaitement adapté pour l'accordéon.

Le "AKG C 516 ML" est un micro idéal pour l'accordéon et ceci sous plusieurs points. En effet, du point de vue ergonomique :

- il s'emboite sur l'accordéon via une petite pastiche à double face (très facilement).
- Il possède un "stabilisateur" à la base du micro afin que les mouvements de l'accordéon ne perturbent pas le son.

Du point de vue "son" :

- Il gère assez bien les basses et les aiguës (micro à placer au centre pour la main droite) même si on sent une petite baisse dans le volume sonore (à régler sur la table).
- Bon rendu général (bonne qualité du son).

Le seul mauvais point : la fragilité des plastiques. Pour ma part, j'ai cassé la patte de fixation du micro lors de l'installation.

Sur mon accordéon, je possède donc 2 AKG C516 ML. Je conseille ce modèle pour tous les accordéonistes qui en ont marre de galérer avec un SM57 sur scène ;-). Vous ne serez pas déçus !
