A great fit, very secure. A good weight. Lined inside to a high spec. I like the extra clasp at the bottom too. None of my other cases have this. Came with a cool guitar shaped key too!
Was fit for its intended purpose once my dad DIY-ed the clasps.

The case arrived in super-fast time all the way from Germany to the UK in five working days (not including the day of purchase) ; I was very impressed with the delivery.
I was not impressed with the quality. Some of the clasps fit so loosely that you could pretty much knock them open. However, I told myself that this was a cheap case, so I could expect it not to be perfect, and I was prepared to tolerate the loose clasps because the two clasps on the front had a key-lock system that could keep them securely in place and hold the case closed. It turned out that this was not to be though, as one of the locks was actually faulty. When the key was turned, the 'teeth' on the locking mechanism wouldn't slot into the metal loops on the underside of the clasp to lock the clasp down, because they weren't aligned properly. With one working lock the case might still have managed to get my instrument abroad safely, but that consolation was eclipsed by the fact that my case was now technically faulty as well as inadequately manufactured for its intended purpose. I decided that enough was enough and set about drafting an email requesting a refund.
Thankfully I didn't have to go through the ordeal of demanding the refund, packaging the thing back up and carrying it all the way to the post office depot. My dad managed to save the day before the email got sent with the aid of a wrench and a small flathead screwdriver. He used these to bend the metal on the locking mechanism and the clasps.
I'm willing to accept that my case was extraordinary (no pun intended), and that there is risk involved in any online purchase. The vast majority of people who bought this guitar case do not seem to have had any problems at all of this kind. Also, this problem was nothing that couldn't be solved with a flathead screwdriver, a wrench and some DIY know-how. The question is whether you would consider the purchase to be worth the small risk of having to resort to these things.
Great value for money
I did not het the case against the wall but in general in seems firm and sturdy. And well made, nothing stick out, nothing falls apart, it opens smoothly, locks works perfectly. The only con is the weight. It is 5 kg. If one gigs and travels a lot this case might be not the best choice for him or her.
In general it is a great case for the money asked to keep your instrument safe.
Good case for litle money
I don?t usually do a lot of gig?s, but I play once or twice a week in a church and for that, this case is really what I need. I can?t say if is very resistant or not because I never had to put it in a ruff situation, if you know what I mean! It is not the hardest and toughest acoustic guitar case ?of them all? but it surely can take some roughness in to it, not without getting some scratches, of course, but then it would have done his job and it would still be in one piece!
I find it a good looking case, has 5 locks (two of them with keys), a robust plastic handle, and it has several little ?feet?s? placed along the case so it can stand in a vertical, sideways or horizontal positions without get any unnecessary scratch.
The interior is fluffy, well finished, smooth and is very spacious; it has plenty of space to keep string packs, a capo, cleaning accessories (fret cleaners, cloth) ,a guitar strap, your guitar cable and even a tuner and of course, last but not least, your acoustic guitar; all this things at once.
I have had it for some time now and I have to admit, considering the money I paid for it, I didn?t expect it to be has good has it is!
Thomann Western Guitar Case Review
Handling: The guitar case itself is light and easy to carry. It's no bigger than it needs to be.
Quality: The middle of the body part of the case is too flexible. This may be because of the material it is made from. I would not trust it enough to check it in. However, for gigs and for vans, cars and even public transport locally this is the perfect case. There are 5 latches around the case and one with a lock. Comes with two keys which is handy. The padding is good but the shell could be stronger.
