J?ai utilisé cette pince sur un micro EV RE 27 N/D.
Adaptation parfaite et bonne qualité de finition du produit tout aluminium.
Prévoir un adaptateur de pas de vis 5/8 vers 3/8 pour une utilisation sur un pied de micro classique.

RE 20 Peace of Mind

Ahhh...now I can relax! But before I was living in fear: I would mount my 25-year-old RE 20 on a regular mic clip ? only to watch it slowly sag towards the floor during the course of the evening! No matter how hard I tightened the clip, the weight of the RE 20 always proved to be too great: it is the Schwarzenegger of microphones, after all ? the Mr Universe of dynamics. Enter the RE 20 mic clamp...and no more floppy, undisciplined mic placements ? I position the RE 20, and four hours later it is in exactly the same position! It has not moved, it has not sagged, it has not twisted! Unbelievable, right there!

...but the price is ridiculous for a piece of plastic. Had to buy one though because there are no other options that would work as well.

RE20 mic clamp

I bought this to use with an RE20 mic I bought off an auction site that had no clamp. It is a quality Electro Voice product that fits and matches the RE20 perfectly. I've used it for a long time and it feels like it would never break. It's also more than capable of supporting the not insubstantial weight of the microphone without any issue. The only small issue is that it doesn't acoustically isolate the microphone at all. It is possible to buy a suspension mount for the RE20 but it costs hundreds of pounds. So I suppose that it's a more simple, functional product than that, but perhaps it should be reflected in the price. It could be a little cheaper, but it serves it's purpose well and is well built.
