High quality and useful panel!

It is a nice and simple 4U panel. The rack looks nicer when you cover the dummy or unnecessary parts. It also protect devices against dust. I am using the panel to cover the power supply compartment to make it safer and nicer.

I have found this rack panel to be a useful addition to my studio setup. The panel is made of sturdy materials and has held up well over time. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this panel to others.

Thin and fragile with an odd finish.

Mine got delivered wrapped in plastic and padded with some paper packing but still arrived with two scratches. Upon holding it, I also noticed it's a bit of a fingerprint magnet due to a semi-glossy finish. It looks like it's been touched by a hand that had held a grilled chicken, so, that was disappointing. It also feels a bit lightweight and thin. If it wasn't screwed tight to the rack I'd describe it as sort of flimsy.

On top of constantly looking greasy and nasty due to fingerprints, and the finish being very prone to scratches, I can also imagine this getting dented quite easily.

I definetly wouldn't use this as a spacer, but as a placeholder until other equipment is in place I find it hard to argue against that it at least gets that job done. Needless to say, I am mildly displeased with it, hence 3 stars out of 5 would be appropriate and fair provided it had arrived without scratches. Though given the condition mine arrived in, right out of the box makes it so that I can not give it any more than 2.

TLDR: The Adam Hall offerings are a much better budget-alternative if you're looking for something like this.
