I have the dubious job of maintaining the music equipment at a local golf club, the members always know better and one thing they know is that if the microphone does not work you don't check it is on, you don't check the batteries or the amp - no people you hit it on the table. This was a perfect SM58 replacement and I am sure I shall be buying another.

Reinvigorated old microphone

I lent my 58 to a singer a few years back and when I got it back there was red lipstick slathered all over the stock grille and it was never the same again to be honest. It ended up getting rusty etc., gross. I considered soaking it in vinegar and using steel wool etc. etc. but life is too short. I got this reasonably priced replacement and never looked back. Thanks.

Brilliant! ....for less than 10¤ I've just refreshed my Shure Beta 58 back to new condition. After years of gigging it was beginning to look old & tired, and slightly rusty blend to its colour. Bought the T-bone replacement cage and its absolutely like new again - its performance has never changed, but the appearance gives a lift to the soul of the performer. Fitting was easy without issues - unscrew one, screw on the replacement - done!! - new mic!! ...it puts the value back into your expensive mic.
