Thomann Indian Flute A

Good flute, good tuning and good clear voice. Main problem with this flute is that someone spent a lot of time covering it in really awful decoration, including a solid rubber chicken that sits on top of the block - looking terrible and rendering the flute unbalanced to handle. The primary finish of the 'plastic' flute is a really impressive and convincing wood grain - why spoil it? The rubber chicken is completely unneeded as the sound system is contained within the very well made flute. The irony is that all this awful decoration is a waste of money and spoils what is a good beginners flute.

j'ai déjà une highspirit en C j'en voulais une dans une autre tonalité en comparant la Thoman est moins bien mais à la moitié du prix et pas moitié moins bien.. ;-) La thoman est un peu plus difficile à sonner juste mais en controlant bien son souffle ça va ( je ne suis pas "venteux" au départ ;-) Je regrette qu'on ne puisse pas "jouer" sur le petit oiseaux du dessus pour ajuster la tonalité comme sur ma highspirit . Pour résumer ça va franchement le son est agréable encore une fois moins chaud que celle en vrai bois mais ça le fait! l'embouchure est fine ( bout de cône) celle de ma highspirit est plus évasée et perso je préfère. Tout cela étant dit si je dois en reprendre une je choisirai quand même une en bois pour l'embouchure et le réglage fin de la justesse mais je pense que c'est très personnel car l'une comme l'autre permettent les effets de bouche! En tous cas ce n'est pas un jouet mais bel et bien un instrument!
