I'm using those in a set of 2 satellites + 1 sub, and I'm running these cables from the sub to the satellites, it saves quite a lot of cable cluster on stage, and everything is neat, tidy and easy to setup.
The outside tube is reasonably thick and will keep both cables that run inside safe from people stepping on them.
There is a heat shrink piece on the end of the tube where both cables split and keeps both cables in place, and each individual cable leaves the tube wrapped in plastic mesh, and there is about 60-70cm. on each end, or in total about 1.5m. if you separate both cables in opposite directions, which I think is absolutely sufficient in most cases.

Pros:
Very good solution if you hate cable clusters! Very good quality cables are used!

Cons:
The power cable is slightly stiff and too rigid for my taste, but this may not be necessarily a bad thing.

In total:
I'll highly recommend it to anyone who needs meet mine!
