Millenium H7A Hickory Sticks Neon Orange

I copy/pasted this review a number of times, as i got various pairs in various colours at various times, and also updated my opinion after some longer experience w/the product, on 26/04/25. So call me obsessively compulsive if you like ;-)) Anyway.

You would not expect a very good stick from this brand at this price. Or would you?

For me anyway, it is above expectation. Great finish, good quality, nice bounce, good stick-to-stick consistency (weight, balance, bounce).

Not a single complaint.

Would like to see 'em nylon tipped as well (after update, maybe not, the tips stay good!), as the tip usually defines the life expectancy of my wooden sticks..

UPDATE 26/04/25:

Been using these for a while now. The wooden tips have a longer life than i expected, which is great (because wooden tips sound better IMO). Perhaps i rethink my previous remark about nylon tipped version.

The sticks themselves also have a longer lifespan than expected. My sticks are in frequent contact with the snare rim, causing them to splinter and eventually split in half. These may be even more durable than many of the brand sticks i consumed over the years.
