It's okay for the money you pay for it, but not enough
I bought the LD Systems MEI 1000 G2 because a lot of my musician friends told me the best option under 500 euros. I first tried it at rehearsals, it had some hiss, I would say a bit more than my psm200 and some drop outs, tried switching frequencies but it didn't help. But that was not my biggest issue, the thing that bugged me the most was the sound quality, for me as a singer it was not enough information, no bass, the highs a bit dirty and the mids were decent. I own custom made in ear monitors so the issue were not the headphones.
The receiver is made out of plastic and the build quality is exactly what you would expect from a 300 euro iem system, so not that great.
Also the headphones that come with it are not that great.
I think this unit is designed for guitar players or drummers, if you are a bass player or a lead singer I don't recommend it. Or for someone that's starting just off.
That's just my opinion, I have friends that use it on big festival stages and they're very happy with it, singers included.
