Too noisy but indespensible

This ventilation unit is a must if you use the Vicbooth ultra. It provides the necessary oxygen for you or your voice over talent or singer. Without it the booth will feel claustrophobic and suffocating. BUT! It makes too much noise I think. Although it is perfectly removable with iZotope RX spectral noise remover. So for me it's not a problem. But I can imagine that some applications will suffer from the noise removal, like when you want to record really soft voices. In that case you will need to shut down the ventilation unit to preserve audio quality.
Too bad Vicoustic missed the opportunity to design this with less noise. For this high price you would expect perfection.
But still an absolute must if you want to stay healthy and not have headaches from too little oxygen!

Ich war zunächst skeptisch, aber die Ventilationseinheit verbessert die Luftqualität in der VicBooth merklich.
Ohne den Lüfter wird bei längeren intensiven Vocal Sessions die Luft merklich dicker in der Booth - bis dahin dass die Scheibe beschlägt-
Diese Probleme wurden mit dem Lüfter definitiv deutlich verbessert.
Die Verabeitung und die Anschlüsse des Gerätes wirken leider relativ billig, alles ist mit normalen USB Kabel geregelt, wodurch das Ganze wie ein glorifizierter PC Lüfter wirkt..
Immerhin ist im Set eine Funksteckdose enthalten, sodass man den Lüfter aus der Ferne an- und ausschalten kann.
Ich hatte weder mit einem Dynamischen Mic, noch mit einem Großmembrankondensator merkliche Geräuschkulisse in den aufgenommen Spuren.
Alles in allem Klare Empfehlung für jeden der sich für die Vicbooth entscheidet und dort auch etwas längere Sessions drin verbringen will.

Je n'avais pas pris cet accessoire pour ma cabine Vicbooth au début. Cependant j'ai constaté que pour la pratique d'instrument à vent (flûte) surtout lorsqu'il fait chaud, un renouvellement de l'air plus rapide est nécessaire. Cet accessoire est rapide et facile à mettre en place. Il possède plusieurs vitesses. Personnellement je l'utilise à puissance maximale ce qui permet d'aérer la cabine très vite et de respirer mieux. Cela occasionne un ronflement plus marqué à l'extérieur de la cabine, et pas très gênant à l'intérieur. Les vitesses inférieures sont plus silencieuses. Je ne regrette pas cet achat car je me sert de la cabine presque tous les jours.
