Effective grime remover

I bought these because I was fed up with my fingers pickup all the grime from the strings. They certainly remove the grime and may over time extend the life of the strings.
A longer term test may be needed to ascertain if they do indeed extend the string life.
The treatment on the wipes smells quite strong. I am a bit worried it could damage a guitars finish etc.
I will continue to use until I have used all the wipes but I may try to find an alternative solution in the long term.

It cleans the strings but using this product makes the strings harsher with lot of friction with my fingers (it seems to accelerate string corrosion). Using a microfiber cloth to clean the strings produced better results for me.
