Half of the bowls of the set were not in the exact tune

I was disappointed with this purchase as the crystal bowls should be tuned to the exact note. However, 3 out of the 7 bowls were around 5 cents out of tune. Additionally, it took me around 15 minutes to remove one of the bowls from the bag as it was stuck, and I couldn't use one of the partitions because the bowl kept getting stuck. So perhaps they should have used a smaller partition for that bowl so that we could use it properly. Also, I had to wait almost 2 months to receive the set, and after mentioning the defect to customer support they just told me to send it back (without apologising for the inconvenience), and I would need to wait another 2 months to get a new one, but they couldn't promise that the new set would be in the correct tune so I had to keep the faulty one. A big disappointment, as I have been a long-time customer of Thomann and always had good experiences, but not this time.
