Walrus R1 - Riverbero Creativo

Ottimo pedale con una vasta gamma di utilizzo. Gli algoritmi sono buoni e permettono di creare molti tipi di riverbero differenti. I 3 riverberi classici Spring - Plate - Hall suonano bene, ma non sono le copia carbone degli originali (come invece accade con il UA Golden Reverberator). I 3 riverberi creativi sono unici e aprono le porte di mondi psichedelici... Bisogna studiare un po' per tirare fuori il meglio da questo pedale. La funzione Sustain/Latch rende questo pedale magico e irrinunciabile per arrengiamenti ad una sola chitarra. Lavora stupendamente bene in catena con gli altri efffetti e ne trasfoma magnificamente il suono: è proprio lì che secondo me sta il suo punto di forza!

three "traditional" reverb, three "exuberant" ones.

All of them sound great and are very tweakable. Plus small form factor, 9 presets on board, 128 with midi. Couldn't ask for more.

It's a super powerful reverb pedal, with presets and all kinds of reverb types, but I think it mainly excels in the experimental side. Some of the sounds you can get out of this are breathtaking. Unfortunately tho, I don't like the spring, I can't make it drip and it sounds too dark to me. Other than that, amazing pedal, especially for post-rock, shoegaze and similar stuff.

Great reverb in a small box

This supposed big-box killer delivers a great sounding reverb with plenty of control. The control is not as easily accessible as in a big box, but that's the price you pay for it's size. It's not the standard Big Sky type of sound, it has it's own character. To me, this definitely isn't a bad thing. Would recommend if you lack space on your board.
