I bought these as replacements for the tired standard tuners on my old Gordon Smith SG. Fitting them was a very easy drop-in job with no drilling or woodworking required.
They have a nice smooth action and have so far held a very stable tuning since they've been in.

Die mit 20 Euro deutlich günstigeren Tuner, die vorher verbaut waren, ḱönnen mit den Gotoh Tunern nicht mithalten - von daher würde ich behaupten, dass das Geld in die Gotohs gut investiert war.
