I hardly ever write reviews, but for this I am making an exception. If you want the smoothest and most responsive vibrato system available, then the vegatrem is it.
The machining and design is top notch and it is clear that everything has been carefully considered and thought out from the cleverly alternating sized saddles for intonation to the different spring flavours to match the string gauges. Yes, it's pricey, but for me it's a cut above any others I have tried and I have tried many different types from just about every brand. Such pure joy to use and very musical. I really was not expecting it to be as superb as it turned out to be.
I teamed this up on my self build with a Schaller sureclaw and nectite.de bolts for ultimate adjustment and neck stability. This plays better than my US made (somewhere in Maryland) instrument.
I realise this is a gushing review, but that's because it is so well deserved.

First trem to stay in tune
jolter 15.09.2025
Not cheep and long thought about it. D not regret that bought. Absolute recommendation! Never had a trem before that stays in tune wihtout touching the arm after bending. I installed it on my PRS. I have a feeling that it slightly changes the sound but not the bad way. Like clears it up a little or smt like that. For my ears at least it is not bad thing. I did not record it before and after so I can not make a 100% statement on that.
