Sehr empfehlenswerter Gehörschutz, gerade auch für Kinder

Wir hatten zuerst den Uvex K Junior bestellt. Dieser war unserer sieben Jahre alten, begeisterten Schlagzeuganfängerin jedoch zu klein. Der Thomann K10 hingegen passt ihr prima, sodass sie ihn auch wirklich immer aufsetzt zum Üben. Ich selbst kann ihn auch zumindest eine Zeit lang tragen, als Brillenträger mit Hutgröße 61 (!), was zeigt, wie gut er sich anpassen lässt. Es ist mein erster Gehörschutz für Musiker, und auch unser allererstes Schlagzeug, aber ich konnte den Klang des Instruments auch mit dem K10 gut beurteilen, und keine größeren klanglichen Verfärbungen feststellen. Es war nur leiser. Bezieht bitte also meine Unerfahrenheit mit ein, wenn ihr das hier lest, aber mit diesem Gehörschutz macht man meiner Meinung nach sicher nichts falsch!

Eher was für die Baustelle

Da mir Ohrstöpsel irgendwie nicht richtig passen, habe ich nach Alternativen gesucht und bin auf diesen Gehörschutz gestoßen. Ich spiele Bass und Saxophon, benötige ihn also nur, wenn ich mit lauten Bands probe und nicht für das Üben alleine. Dafür ist er m.E. ungeeignet. Wie er für Drummer zum üben funktioniert, kann ich nicht sagen.

Für meine Bedürfnisse ist er unbrauchbar, denn der Klang verändert sich erheblich und wird einfach nur leise und dumpf, kaum differenzierbar. Auch ist es unangenehm, das Teil länger auf den Ohren zu haben, da sich eine Art Unterdruck bildet. Die Möglichkeit, die Größe zu verstellen, besteht, indem die beiden Ohrschützer verschoben werden können. Das ist aber nicht mit dem Mechanismus guter Kopfhörer zu vergleichen, sondern - angesichts des Preises kein Wunder - eher rudimentär und wenig solide gelöst. Die Größenverstellung bezieht sich auch nur auf die Höhe der Muscheln, nicht auf die Breite, daher nimmt der seitliche Druck bei größeren Köpfen zu.

Fazit: Ich würde das Teil nicht nochmal kaufen.
