Ich habe lange nach so einem Sound gesucht: Dunkel, rauchig, exotisch, holzig, dreckig, trashig & "white-noisig". Die Becken sind hochwertig verarbeitet, wobei die Hammermerkmale schon sehr heftig sind, bei einem in Randnähe ist komplett die Oberfläche weg und das rohe Material guckt heraus. Die Becken spielen sich sehr weich und papierhaft, was mir sehr wichtig war. Die Open-Hihat Sounds sind im Gegensatz zum Grundsound relativ harsch, was einen starken Kontrast zwischen geschlossen und offen erzeugt und viele Klangmöglichkeiten schafft. Die Hihat ist trotz ihrer Größe relativ leise, was meinen Bandsettings - Songwriter-Pop, Elektro-Ambient - sehr entgegenkommt. Wer eine Allround-Pop-Rock Hihat erwartet ist hier jedoch falsch, da für eine HiHat relativ wenig obere Frequenzen durchscheinen. Für mich jedoch genau richtig.
