Perfect for who loves powerful sound. It really gives to the instrument a dB upgrade. The tone is great, as well. G, D and A are perfectly balanced in any range, between the three strings. E string is also good, but in my opinion, I prefer to match with Pirastro Gold. It became one of my favorite strings set in my instrument (if not my fav).

In orchestral performance, just have to relax a bit more to not overpass the section. The only not so good feature, is that it takes time to stabilize when the strings are new, or the weather is too hot and dry. So if you have an important performance, change it at least 1 week before.

Unfortunately A and D strings didn't live long. After month of playing this two strings broke. However sound of this strings is good, so may be i was unlucky and thomann sent to me an old strings.

Excellentes cordes

J'ai un violon qui date du 18eme siècle et qui manque naturellement de projection. Ces cordes sont les meilleures que j'ai pu trouver, encore au-delà des Thomastik Titanium solo.
De plus, cela fait plus d'un an qu'elles sont montées. Je joue au moins une fois par semaine en semi-professionnel en tant que soliste avec plusieurs concerts dans l'année. Et ces cordes n'ont pas encore besoin d'être remplacées. Je vous recommande très fortement ces cordes.
