Great value and quality.

I play Jody's on the other saxes so was keen to add this to my armoury on Soprano. Unfortunately the sound is too 'husky' for me - so I'm sticking to my Super Session E. It certainly is an exceptionally well made piece and feels great to play - intonation and response throughout the full range is great! - but the most important thing for me is what it sounds like - It probably suits a more older style of playing (probably not best for classical though).

A welcome upgrade

A massive improvement on my previous mouthpiece (even plays c sharp cleanly and in tune!) - my fellow sax quartet players commented on the marked difference at our very first session with the Jody Jazz mouthpiece. Well worth the outlay.

bec soprano jody jazz
Blaket 16.01.2021
