Good and versatile cymbal

I've used this cymbal in two contest : a metal band where it was used as a crash-ride, and a post-rock/ambient band where I play softer. I'm not a heavy hitter but the cymbal seems solid.
I love its overtones and sensitivity - wherever you play it it always sounds warm and defined. The only caveat I'd say, is that it's not really a cutting cymbal. Although it has plenty of power, I wouldn't recommend it for classic metal drummers playing along a dense mix of distorted guitars.
The price is unbelievable for this quality.

Adquirí hace tiempo el set Istsmbul Agop Sixt y me impresionó el sonido y la construcción de estos platos, solo era cuestión de tiempo adquirir el crash de 18 sabiendo que jugaba a ganar.

A pesar de pertenecer a una de las series más brillantes de Istsmbul su sonido en términos generales registra unos agradables armónicos y unos oscuros matices que te enamoran,
tienen ese sabor K en el ataque, pero cuando lo calientas repetidas veces sin dejarlo respirar empieza a brillar.

Sin duda crea una atmósfera en la que sientes que te no falta nada.

En definitiva olvidándonos del precio que es fabuloso, es un plato muy agradecido y versátil.

Muy recomendable.
